To access your Photomath Plus subscription on a new device Restore your subscription by following these steps:
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling Photomath, redownloading the app, and repeating steps from above. If none of this works and you see an error message, please take a screenshot of it and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check it out.
