I’ve paid for Photomath Plus but it’s not working on my new device. What should I do?

The Photomath Plus subscription service is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play Account. Before you perform these steps to restore your subscription, please make sure that your device has the same operating system and uses the same account credentials (Google Play or Apple ID - depending on the OS) that you used upon subscribing to Plus for the first time.
To access your Photomath Plus subscription on a new device Restore your subscription by following these steps:

  • Open the app and tap the Menu button (top left corner)
  • Tap on Photomath Plus (bottom option)
  • Select Restore subscription (right under "Try Plus" button)
  • Follow the instructions from your device

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling Photomath, redownloading the app, and repeating the steps from above. If none of this works and you see an error message, please take a screenshot of it and send it to plus@photomath.com so that we can check it out.
