I’ve paid for Photomath Plus but it’s not working on my new device. What should I do?

The Photomath Plus subscription service is linked to your Apple ID or Google Play Account.
To access your Photomath Plus subscription on a new device Restore your subscription by following these steps:

  • Open the app and tap the Menu button (top left corner)
  • Tap on Photomath Plus (bottom option)
  • Select Restore subscription (right under "Start free trial" button)
  • Follow the instructions from your device

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, try uninstalling Photomath, redownloading the app, and repeating steps from above. If none of this works and you see an error message, please take a screenshot of it and send it to plus@photomath.com so that we can check it out.
